Toolforge is a complex service. There are many moving parts and there are always several people working on different pieces of it.

We have been creating informal Toolforge-specific meetings from time to time, to unblock some decisions or to get everyone on the same page.

We are experimenting with having a monthly 1h Toolforge engineering-focused meeting called Toolforge Workgroup meeting.

This meeting is meant to be open in nature:

• The WMCS/TE team
• Toolforge community root group member
• Any other interested parties can be invited if requested (reach out on irc/email)

Support and administration of the WMCS resources is provided by the Wikimedia Foundation Cloud Services team and Wikimedia Movement volunteers. Please reach out with questions and join the conversation:

Track work tasks and report bugs

Use a subproject of the #Cloud-Services Phabricator project to track confirmed bug reports and feature requests about the Cloud Services infrastructure itself
