Fundraising/techops/procedures/services-mariadb tzinfo

During our regular maintenance weeks, we want to update the time zone info stored in mariadb. To do so, we need to run the following command:

mariadb-tzinfo-to-sql /usr/share/zoneinfo | mariadb -u root mysql
