Template:ProxySSH

Connect to proxySSH over ssh by proxying through a bastion (e.g. bast1001.wikimedia.org). As with other hosts, ensure you have ProxyJump configured in .ssh/config (see Production shell access). Then connect as follows:

user@laptop:~$ ssh proxySSH.eqiad.wmnet

node

Defaults to {{lcfirst:{{PAGENAME}}}}

location

Which cluster this node resides in (to determine which bastion should be used).

fqdn

The fully qualified domain name for this node. Defaults to {{PAGENAME}}.{{{location}}}.wmnet.
